Ways to stand out?
There are lots of cool looking, glamourous girls at my school that have cool hair and accesories. It's all about makeup, shoes, hair and other accesories because i wear a uniform to my catholic high school (kilt/sweater vest/polo/knee highs). What are some cool ways to make yourself stand out and look cool? Jewlery ideas, makeup, shoes, hair cuts or styles. Thanks for any help 
Depending on the type/color of the uniform wear red shoes with red hair accessories, or yellow. Bright colors attract attention the most. Red is power, so go for it. Use a white with and iridescence tone, it's great and good luck. Remember to just have fun with it.

Made to Measure Brian Baru Irish Jacket & Vest
Highland Dance kilt problem...?
I am in highland dance. I am looking into getting material to be made into a kilt for myself. I found this beautiful tartan, Dress Green MacPherson. I have black material to be made into a vest, and am wondering if it is possible to wear this black vest with the Dress Green MacPherson. There is no black in the tartan, so that is why it could be a problem. Does anyone know a good tartan that looks nice with a black vest or jacket? Thanks.
I make kilts from time-to-time. I looked at your tartan and for a dancer I think it would look good. Most of the dress tartans with some white in the under checks is what most in highland dancing are looking for, that and a lightweight wool.
